Binstead and Fishbourne by-election - Tim Wakeley is Lib Dem candidate

Tim Wakeley is standing as the Liberal Democrat candidate for the Isle of Wight Council by-election for Binstead and Fishbourne on 23 June 2011.
Tim pledges to resist cuts and demonstrate viable alternatives. Currently, Tim is seeking to limit damage being done to the Island Youth Service whilst 'brokering' a deal between the IOW Council and Ryde Town Council to re-open the public conveniences in Binstead.
Working hard to build a stronger Island economy Tim recently helped bring a senior government Minister to the Island to talk directly with local transport and renewable energy industries.
An active Ryde Town Councillor with a strong sense of social justice Tim always seeks positive alternatives to the closure of services targeted at the most vulnerable in society.
